What is Rejuran?

Rejuran is made by Korean Pharmaresearch and is the most established PDRN product on the market. Launched in Korea in 2014, in Europe in 2018. The active substance is PDRN — polydeoxyribonucleotides, DNA fragments purified from salmon sperm to medical grade.

How Rejuran works

PDRN binds to adenosine A2A receptors in skin fibroblasts and triggers three processes: increased collagen and elastin production, better microcirculation, reduced inflammation. It is not a filler — the substance adds no volume but triggers the skin's own regeneration. Results emerge gradually.
