Jalupro

Italian skin booster with hyaluronic acid and amino acids. Provides building blocks for collagen production.

Also known as: Jalupro Classic, Jalupro HMW, Jalupro Super Hydro, Jalupro Young

What is Jalupro?

Jalupro is made by Italian Professional Derma and has been on the market since 2009. The product family combines hyaluronic acid with four essential amino acids for collagen synthesis: glycine, L-lysine, L-proline, L-leucine. HMW and Super Hydro are versions with different molecular weights and protein concentrations.

How Jalupro works

Jalupro works in two parts. The hyaluronic acid gives direct hydration and activates fibroblasts. The amino acids serve as raw material for collagen synthesis — the body can build new collagen even when you have the signals that trigger the process, but you need the building blocks. Jalupro provides both.

Jalupro at Dibélle

At Dibélle, Jalupro Super Hydro is used mainly for broad-scale skin quality across face, neck, and décolletage. It is a top 5 most-booked treatment. Standard is a course of 4 sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart. Maintenance every 4-6 months.

Results and safety

Results emerge over 4-6 weeks and last 4-6 months. Because the substance is amino acids plus HA, allergy risk is minimal. Common side effects: pinprick marks, mild redness, and swelling on day one.

Common questions about Jalupro

What is the difference between Jalupro and Profhilo?
Profhilo is 100% hyaluronic acid (NAHYCO bio-remodelling). Jalupro is HA plus amino acids. Profhilo is stronger on laxity and firmness; Jalupro is stronger on fine lines and skin quality. Many complete plans combine both.
How many Jalupro treatments are needed?
A course of 4 sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart is standard. Maintenance every 4-6 months. The difference from Profhilo (2 sessions) is that Jalupro builds gradually through more injections.
What is Jalupro Super Hydro?
Super Hydro is a high-concentration version with extra HA and amino acids, suited to dehydrated or mature skin. The most common protocol at Dibélle. HMW is a variant with higher HA molecular weight for firmer effect.
Can Jalupro be used during pregnancy?
No. As with all injectable treatments, Jalupro is avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient documentation. Wait until after breastfeeding before treatment.
