Vad är Dermapen?
Dermapen är en microneedling-behandling där ultratunna nålar skapar tusentals mikroskopiska kanaler i hudens ytlager. På Dibélle i Helsingborg använder vi Dermapen4, den senaste generationen av pennan, som arbetar med 16 ultrafina nålar och kontrollerat nåldjup. Metoden är rent mekanisk, inga kemikalier behövs, och den fungerar genom att utlösa hudens egna reparationsprocesser snarare än att tillföra något utifrån.
Så fungerar microneedling
När nålarna skapar mikroskopiska kanaler uppfattar huden det som en begränsad skada och sätter i gång sin naturliga läkningsprocess. Det stimulerar kollagen- och elastinproduktion i dermis, det djupare hudlagret som bär upp ytan. Samtidigt ökar upptagsförmågan för serum som vi applicerar direkt efter behandlingen, eftersom kanalerna låter aktiva ingredienser nå djupare än vad de normalt kan. Behandlingen är kontrollerad och kanalerna stängs igen inom några timmar.
Vad kan Dermapen hjälpa med?
Dermapen används ofta för förstorade porer, ojämn hudstruktur, fina linjer, pigmentförändringar efter sol eller akne, och ärrvävnad från gamla akneutbrott. Vi kombinerar också ofta Dermapen med tillsatser som exosomer, tillväxtfaktorer eller skräddarsydda serum beroende på ditt hudbehov. För bäst resultat rekommenderar vi en kur om tre till sex behandlingar med cirka fyra veckors mellanrum, följt av underhållsbehandlingar några gånger per år.
Vad händer under ditt besök?
Vi börjar med att rengöra huden och applicera en bedövningscreme som får verka i cirka 20 minuter. Själva behandlingen tar sedan 15 till 30 minuter beroende på område, och upplevs oftast som ett vibrerande tryck snarare än smärta. Efter behandlingen är huden rödflammig och värmekänslig under ett par timmar, lite som en mild solbränna. De första 24 timmarna undviker du make-up, träning och direkt sol. Inom tre till fem dagar är huden tillbaka till sitt normala utseende.

What is Dermapen and how does it work?
Dermapen4 is a microneedling pen with 16 ultra-fine needles that create microscopic channels in the skin. This triggers the body's natural healing response and stimulates new collagen production, resulting in improved skin quality. At Dibélle in Helsingborg, the treatment is performed by a licensed nurse.
Does Dermapen treatment hurt?
A numbing cream is applied before the treatment and left on for 30 minutes. Most people experience only a mild prickling sensation. The skin may be red and feel warm immediately afterwards, similar to a mild sunburn.
How long is the recovery time after Dermapen?
The skin is typically red for 1 to 3 days. You can return to everyday activities immediately but should avoid makeup, strong sun exposure and strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours.
How many Dermapen treatments do I need?
For best results, 3 to 6 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart are recommended. You can see improvements in skin texture and radiance even after a single treatment.
