Terms of Service

The terms apply to all visits and use of dibelle.se and its subdomains. They cover both informational content and interactive services such as the contact form, newsletter and AI treatment guide.

The treatments delivered in the clinic are governed by separate agreements signed on site, together with Swedish patient-safety law (2010:659), the Act on Aesthetic Surgical Procedures and Injectables (2021:363) and the Patient Data Act (2008:355).

The content on dibelle.se is general information about aesthetic treatments and skincare. It does not replace a personal medical assessment or consultation with a licensed practitioner.

If you are considering a treatment, you need an in-person consultation where we assess your individual case. The AI chat's recommendations are informational, not a prescription.

Bookings are made via Bokadirekt AB, a separate service provider. Bokadirekt's terms apply to the booking process itself.

A treatment agreement between you and Norra Hamn Kliniken AB is formed only once we have confirmed your booking and completed the consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically unsuitable.

Cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation from Bokadirekt. Missed appointments may be charged according to our price list.

All content on dibelle.se — text, images, logo, graphics, video, code and design — is protected under the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729) and Trademarks Act (2010:1877). Rights belong to Norra Hamn Kliniken AB or our licensors.

The Dibélle trademark and logo may not be used without our written consent. Individual prints or downloads for private, non-commercial use are permitted.

Before and after photos are published with the express consent of each patient and may not be copied, downloaded or redistributed.

You must not:

• use automated methods (scraping, crawling, bots) to collect content from the site beyond what is allowed in robots.txt,
• attempt to bypass security measures, rate limiting or authentication,
• overload the site or try to disrupt its operation,
• use the contact form, newsletter or AI chat for spam, harassment, illegal activity or advertising,
• upload malicious code or try to extract personal data about other users,
• impersonate another person or submit false information.

Violations may result in blocking and being reported to the police.

The website is provided as is. We aim for the information to be accurate and current, but make no warranties that it is error-free, complete or always available.

Norra Hamn Kliniken AB is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or damage resulting from outages, errors in content, or actions you take based on information from the site or AI chat.

This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer legislation says otherwise.

The site contains links to external services such as Bokadirekt, Instagram, Google Maps and others. We are not responsible for content, security or privacy practices on pages we link to. The respective provider's terms apply when you visit them.

Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are settled by a Swedish court of law, with Helsingborgs tingsrätt as the court of first instance. As a consumer, you always have the right to turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. The date at the top shows the most recent update.
