Also known as: Vitaran I, Vitaran II, Vitaran Hair
What is Vitaran?
Vitaran is made by Italian MD Skin Solutions and combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid with a cocktail of vitamins and minerals. Vitaran I has higher HA concentration and acts as a structural skin booster. Vitaran II has lower HA and more vitamins for surface skin glow.
How Vitaran works
The hyaluronic acid gives hydration and initial volume effect at dermis level. The vitamin cocktail provides antioxidants (vitamin C, E) and cofactors for collagen synthesis (vitamin B complex). The result is skin quality rather than contour change.
Vitaran at Dibélle
At Dibélle, Vitaran I and II are available for different indications. I is used for deeper skin quality and thin skin (eye area). II is used for surface glow and hydration on full face. Treatment is given as a course of 2-3 sessions.
Results and safety
Results last 4-6 months. Common side effects: pinprick marks, mild swelling, and bruising. Maintenance every 4-6 months is recommended. Because HA can be dissolved with Hylase, there is a safety margin if needed.
Common questions about Vitaran
- What is the difference between Vitaran I and II?
- Vitaran I has higher HA concentration and acts as a structural skin booster for deeper skin quality. Vitaran II has lower HA and more vitamins for surface skin glow. Choice depends on indication: I for laxity, II for dehydration.

- Results last 4-6 months. Maintenance every 4-6 months is recommended for sustained skin glow and quality.
