Profhilo is not filler. It is a highly concentrated hyaluronic acid that spreads beneath the skin and stimulates your own production of collagen and elastin. You get firmer, smoother and more radiant skin, without added volume, without changing your facial features. At Dibélle in Helsingborg, Profhilo is one of our most popular skin stimulators. How does it work? Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body and helps maintain moisture and firmness. With age, production decreases and the skin loses its glow. Profhilo restores the skin's moisture reserves by being injected just beneath the outermost skin layer. The hyaluronic acid spreads in a controlled manner, reactivates hydration and kickstarts the production of elastin and collagen. The effect is partly visible immediately, but the full result shows after about two months. We recommend three treatments one month apart for the best effect. After that, one to two maintenance treatments per year are sufficient. Common treatment areas: face, neck, hands and arms.
