About the treatment
HarmonyCA provides immediate volume while also building your skin's own collagen production over the following months. Developed by Allergan (the same company behind Juvederm), it combines filler with tiny microspheres of calcium hydroxyapatite, a dual mechanism few other products can offer.
The filler fills immediately. The microspheres trigger a powerful and gradual collagen stimulation that lasts long after the immediate effect has stabilised. Results last up to 19 months, significantly longer than traditional hyaluronic acid filler.
What can be treated? HarmonyCA provides a comprehensive facelift through strategic treatment of the chin, jawline, cheekbones, temples and nasolabial folds. It suits those who are beginning to notice the face losing fullness and structural support.
How does it differ from Radiesse? Both contain calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) as a biostimulator. The difference is that Radiesse is pure CaHA in a gel, while HarmonyCA adds cross-linked hyaluronic acid. That makes HarmonyCA softer on injection and gives a smoother transition where structure and volume are needed at the same time. Radiesse suits focused contouring, HarmonyCA a broader overall design of the face.
How does the treatment work? The session takes 45 to 60 minutes. We numb the area with cream beforehand and inject with a fine needle or microcannula depending on the area. You can return to everyday life straight away, but avoid intense exercise, the sauna and facial massage for the first 24 hours. Mild redness and swelling usually settle within a day or two.
Unlike regular filler, HarmonyCA works in two phases: immediate filling and long-term collagen building. Over time the filler breaks down naturally, but the collagen that has formed provides lasting improvement. HarmonyCA combines well with Profhilo or Sculptra for further biostimulation.
Please note that HarmonyCA is not used in the lips, under the eyes or in the nose. Pregnant and breastfeeding individuals cannot be treated. Tell us about any illnesses or medication before booking.
In accordance with current regulations, we treat no earlier than 48 hours after the consultation. The same treatment type can be repeated within six months without a new cooling-off period.
HarmonyCa requires both a filler eye and a biostimulator eye. Bibbi has trained that eye since 2011, and we meet you today at Dibélle, Kullagatan 40 in Helsingborg.
