About the treatment
We take a small blood sample, separate the plasma through centrifugation and inject the concentrated, growth factor-rich plasma directly into the scalp. The treatment takes about 45 minutes. PRP stimulates hair follicles to go from a resting phase to an active growth phase. The hair strands gradually become thicker and stronger. Results appear progressively with maximum effect after three months, and the effect typically lasts up to 18 months. We recommend 1 to 4 treatments per year with 6 to 12 weeks apart. Some swelling and minor bruising may occur immediately afterwards but pass quickly.
