Each session lasts 25 minutes and activates six body areas with the most advanced EMS technology on the market. Wellness-eligible training that truly delivers results. Avoid the treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pacemaker, heart disease, epilepsy, cancer, fever or metal implants near the treatment area.
Before your visit
Avoid Ibuprofen, Aspirin and alcohol at least 48 hours before your treatment. This reduces the risk of bruising and swelling.
We cleanse the treatment area beforehand, but it goes quicker and smoother if you arrive without makeup on your face.
Most treatments have minimal downtime and you can resume daily activities right away. Avoid intense exercise on the same day, though.
