What you can expect from us
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Our job is to make them feel safe from first contact to final follow-up. This is what we promise every client who sits down with us at Kullagatan 40.
Consultation first
We would rather advise against a treatment than perform one that is not right for you. If you are not the right candidate, or the timing is wrong, we say so. The consultation is free and without obligation.
Follow-up that stays with you
You receive a follow-up email after 24 hours and again after 7 days. If you need to reach us in between, we answer. We do not let you out the door and forget you.
Complication protocol
If something unexpected happens, we take responsibility. Re-visit within 48 hours, referral to a specialist when needed, and full transparency about what happened and why.
