About the treatment

Four sessions of 25 minutes each are enough to feel a clear difference in strength and shape. Each session activates 12 muscle groups with 52,000 contractions per sensor, and the technology reaches deeper than other EMS machines. Perfect if you want to complement your regular training or need a time-efficient alternative.

The treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker, heart problems, epilepsy, cancer, fever or larger metal implants in the treatment area.

Before your visit

How to prepare

Avoid blood thinners

Avoid Ibuprofen, Aspirin and alcohol at least 48 hours before your treatment. This reduces the risk of bruising and swelling.

Arrive makeup-free

We cleanse the treatment area beforehand, but it goes quicker and smoother if you arrive without makeup on your face.

Plan your day

Most treatments have minimal downtime and you can resume daily activities right away. Avoid intense exercise on the same day, though.
