This package is for you who mean business. With 12 Wonder EMS sessions at Dibélle in Helsingborg, you build an entirely new foundation of strength, shape and fat burning over three months of regular training. (Eligible for wellness subsidy)
Each 25-minute session works six body areas simultaneously: abdomen, glutes, arms, back, thighs and love handles. With 12 sessions, your body has time to adapt and the results become lasting. It is our most popular package for a reason. Wonder EMS should be avoided during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you have a pacemaker, heart conditions, epilepsy, active cancer, fever or metal implants in the treatment area.
Before your visit
Avoid Ibuprofen, Aspirin and alcohol at least 48 hours before your treatment. This reduces the risk of bruising and swelling.
We cleanse the treatment area beforehand, but it goes quicker and smoother if you arrive without makeup on your face.
Most treatments have minimal downtime and you can resume daily activities right away. Avoid intense exercise on the same day, though.
