About the treatment
The Russian Lips technique differs from classic lip filler by building volume from the top outward rather than just filling from within. With 1 ml of hyaluronic acid filler, we create a defined cupid's bow and a natural, balanced shape. The Lip Flip component involves a small amount of Botox injected into the muscle around the upper lip, causing it to gently roll outward and reveal more of your natural lip colour. Together, the techniques deliver a harmonious result that looks natural. The treatment takes 30 to 45 minutes. The filler gives an immediately visible result lasting 6 to 12 months, while the Lip Flip effect lasts approximately 2 to 3 months. Some swelling during the first few days is normal and subsides quickly. You receive a complimentary follow-up within 14 days where our nurse checks the result. All injection treatments at Dibélle are performed by a licensed nurse. The reflection period rule applies, meaning treatment takes place no earlier than 48 hours after consultation. The treatment is not available for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those under 18.
