About the treatment
The trapezius is the large muscle running from the neck out across the shoulders. For many who sit at a desk, train heavy or simply carry tension in their body, it becomes chronically overactive. The result: sore shoulders, a stiff neck, tension headaches that will not go away no matter how much you massage or stretch.
