Each session lasts 25 minutes and is completely gentle on joints and back. The treatment suits both women and men who want to genuinely strengthen their pelvic floor. Not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you have a pacemaker, heart conditions, cancer, epilepsy, fever or metal implants near the treatment area. Consult your doctor if in doubt.
Before your visit
Avoid Ibuprofen, Aspirin and alcohol at least 48 hours before your treatment. This reduces the risk of bruising and swelling.
We cleanse the treatment area beforehand, but it goes quicker and smoother if you arrive without makeup on your face.
Most treatments have minimal downtime and you can resume daily activities right away. Avoid intense exercise on the same day, though.
