Returns & right of withdrawal
The terms for returning your purchase.
Withdrawal period (14 days)
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the product. Notify us within this period that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal — by email, phone or via the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form (konsumentverket.se/for-konsument/angerratt-vid-distanskop/).
Conditions for accepting a return
The product must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, with any hygiene seal unbroken. Include the order number so we can match the return to the purchase.
Exceptions for hygiene-sealed products
Cosmetics and skincare with broken hygiene seal are exempt from the right of withdrawal per the Distance Contracts Act Ch. 2 § 11 p. 5. Samples and complimentary gifts cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Contact shop@dibelle.se with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a shipping label. The parcel must reach us within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
Refund method and timeline
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Who pays return shipping
The customer pays return shipping unless the product is faulty. For faulty delivery or a defect Dibélle covers all costs including return shipping.
