How we deliver your order.
Carriers and delivery methods
We ship with PostNord — letters and parcels. Parcels can be collected at a pickup point or delivered to your door depending on availability in your area.
Delivery time per method
Parcels typically arrive within 2–4 business days after the order leaves us. Letters (smaller products) arrive within 1–3 business days.
Shipping cost per method
Letter 49 SEK, parcel 79 SEK. Prices include VAT.
Free-shipping threshold
Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK.
Processing time before dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays usually ship the same day.
Delivery regions (Sweden/EU)
We deliver to addresses within Sweden. Other EU countries will be added during 2026.
How to track your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves us. Follow the parcel on postnord.se or via the link in the email.
