Our work to make dibelle.se accessible to everyone.
Scope
This statement covers all of dibelle.se — the clinic pages and the Dibélle Skin web shop, including product pages, cart and the checkout operated by Shopify.
Standard we aim for
We aim to meet EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA — the standard the EU Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act) references for e-commerce.
Compliance status
An automated audit against WCAG 2.1 AA was carried out on 3 August 2026 across 21 pages from both the clinic and the shop. It found zero violations. Automated tools only cover part of the criteria — broadly those a machine can measure — and no formal external audit has been carried out. This is our own assessment, not an audited certificate of full conformance.
Known limitations
Automated testing cannot judge whether alt text actually describes an image, whether the focus order is logical, or whether content reads sensibly in a screen reader. Parts of the checkout are also operated by Shopify's own solution, whose accessibility we do not fully control. We fix what we find as we go.
