Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. The price displayed at checkout applies. When a price is temporarily reduced we show the reference price — the lowest price the product has had in the previous 30 days — in accordance with the Swedish Price Information Act (Omnibus Directive). For goods sold by volume or weight we also state a unit price, per 100 ml or 100 g below one litre or one kilo and per litre or kilo above that. Kits, items sold by the piece and fixed-size tools are not covered.
Payment methods
Payment is processed via our Shopify checkout. Accepted methods: card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Order confirmation and contract
An order confirmation is sent by email once you place your order. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm receipt of payment. We reserve the right to decline orders in case of obvious errors (e.g. wrong price or out-of-stock item).
Delivery terms
Delivery terms are described on the Shipping & delivery page.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). Exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting us at shop@dibelle.se, phone +46 72-020 20 62, or the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form. Detailed terms and hygiene-seal exceptions are on the Returns page.
Complaints and warranty
Consumer right of complaint applies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) for 3 years from purchase. Defects apparent within 2 years are presumed to have existed at delivery. Complaints go to shop@dibelle.se.
Dispute resolution (ARN)
If we cannot resolve a dispute, we recommend the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. The European Commission publishes a list of alternative dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Governing law
Swedish law applies to all purchases. Disputes are settled by Swedish public courts with the District Court of Helsingborg as first instance.
